Beyond the Cinque Terre is a unique travel experience that joins together discovery and knowledge of the territory by sail boat with the passion for photography. We will board on a sail boats, guided by a professional photographer and with a qualified crew to dedicate ourselves to a conscious journey, among sail-trekking activities, eco explorations and photographic and sailing experiences.

The experiencing journey Beyond the Cinque Terre joins together sailing, photography, excursions, culture and territory in a new form of travel, a conscious journey. Guided by a professional skipper, we will board on our boat and we'll discover the wonders of the Costiera Spezzina, such as Porto Venere and the Palmaria island, just to dedicate ourselves to the discovery of the Cinque Terre National Park, with the fantastic Monterosso al Mare little villages,Vernazza, Manarola, Riomaggiore, joined by scenic hiking trails. Photography will be our frame: through the training that I will be sharing with you, you'll be able to improve your travel photos, regardless of how you shoot, whether with your smartphone or your camera. Within this frame, we'll get the chance to live several different experiences: we'll approach the sailing world and we'll have the chance to learn, through the teaching of our expert tour leader, how to move our first steps in this world. We will devote ourselves to sailing excursions and explore these fantastic places from a privileged point of view, the sea. Hopefully we'll be so lucky to catch sight of whales, typical of these areas. Finally, we will do some easy trekking through the beautiful and scenic hiking trails of the Cinque Terre park and the Spezzina Riviera.

TRAVEL PLAN 3 DAYS TOUR

DAY 1

CINQUE TERRE - HIKING AND VISIT

Appointment at the tourist harbour Mirabello in La Spezia at 10:00, luggage delivery and departure for the Cinque Terre park by train, stopping over in Monterosso. We will visit the village and then we'll start with a pleasant trek (about 90 minutes) towards Vernazza. Sightseeing of Vernazza and transfer by train to Manarola. Tour of Manarola. Aperitivo at sunset, dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 2

TREKKING RIOMAGGIORE - PORTO VENERE

Breakfast and departure for the beautiful trek that from Riomaggiore will take us to Porto Venere (about 4,5 hours). This is one of the most beautiful trekking paths of the entire area, with breath-taking views of the Cinque Terre and of the Corsica island, Capraia and Gorgona. Free time and relax, possibile visit to Porto Venere. Aperitivo on boat at sunset, dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3

SAILING DAY WITH SAILING COURSE

We will set sail for our sailing day with teaching and experiencing activities of the nautical and sailing art. We'll be heading to the Cinque Terre park that we'll get to visit...from the sea! Possible whales spotting. Lunch on board. Return to La Spezia by 5 p.m. Landing and saying goodbye :)

Depending on weather and sea conditions, there may be variations to the travel schedule.

Possible stops in the port for overnight stay (by choice, we can decide to dock at the harbour instead of docking at anchor – the docking costs will be shared equally among the the participants).

Possible transfers by ferry to and from the Cinque Terre park.

Transfers by train inside the park.

Entrance ticket to the Cinque Terre National Park.
